Payment information:

We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We receive and store only: Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, payment status, and transaction amounts.

  • Payment records: Retained as required by tax and accounting regulations (typically 7 years).
  • Server logs: IP addresses in server logs are retained for 30 days.

We protect your data using: SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted database connections, bcrypt password hashing, CSRF protection on all forms, rate limiting on sensitive endpoints, and restricted server access. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
