Refund Policy

We want every client to feel confident working with us. Here's how our refund and cancellation policies work for each type of purchase.

Monthly Subscriptions

All subscription plans (Professional, Growth, E-Commerce, SaaS) are billed monthly. Each plan includes a 3-month launch period, after which your subscription is month-to-month.

  • 3-month launch period: Your subscription includes a 3-month launch period starting from your signup date. During this period, we build, launch, and optimize your site. Cancellation is not available during the launch period.
  • Cancellation: After the 3-month launch period, you may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or submitting a cancellation request through your client portal, with at least 30 days notice.
  • No partial-month refunds: When you cancel, your site remains active through the end of your current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
  • Satisfaction guarantee: If you cancel within the first 30 days after your site is launched and are unsatisfied with the result, we will refund your most recent monthly payment. Contact us to discuss — we'd rather make it right.

One-Time Setup Fees

E-Commerce and SaaS plans include a one-time setup fee charged at the time of order.

  • Before work begins: If you cancel before we begin project work (typically within 48 hours of order), we will refund the setup fee in full.
  • After work begins: Once design or development work has started, setup fees are non-refundable, as they compensate for the time and resources invested in your project.

Domain Purchases

Domains purchased through our site are registered via third-party registrars.

  • Non-refundable: Domain registrations are non-refundable once the domain has been registered, as this is a third-party transaction that cannot be reversed.
  • Pending registration: If a domain purchase is still pending admin approval and has not yet been registered, we can issue a full refund upon request.
  • Transfer: You always own your domain. We will transfer it to you or another registrar at any time upon request, at no charge.

Add-On Development

Hourly add-on development work ($100/hour) is billed after completion and is non-refundable. We always provide a written estimate before starting any add-on work, and you must approve the estimate before we proceed. There are no surprise charges.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank. We resolve billing issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] or submit a request through your client portal with:

  • Your name and email address associated with your account
  • The charge or service you'd like refunded
  • The reason for your request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
